The AI Analytics page uses our OptionEdge AI's OPT AI Model, version 3.0, to provide 5-day projected prices and daily trend indicators for various stocks.

1.1. What is OPT 3.0?

It is the OptionEdge Pretrained Transformer. The proprietary model is pretrained with scores of quant technical indicators, option flow, seasonalities, liquidity, volume, volatility, correlation, ratio etc.

2. How often is the AI model update the projected price?

The model runs every Friday night around 10 PM EST (NYC time) and generates projected prices for all tickers through the following Friday. These values remain unchanged until the next update.

2.1 What does the 5-day projected price indicate?

It indicates that the ticker is expected to reach the projected price by the following Friday. This could occur on any day up until next Friday.

3. What is the AI Quant Day Trend Indicator?

The AI Day Trend Indicator is updated based on the previous day's market action and technical indicators to suggest whether the next day’s action is likely to be bearish or bullish. Traders can use these trends to help decide when to enter, exit, or re-enter a position.

4. How can I use the 5-day projected price from the AI model?

By comparing the 5-day projected price with the current market price, you can assess potential upside or downside percentages, helping you decide whether to enter a trade.

5. What types of stocks work best with the AI model?

The model performs best with highly liquid stocks that have at least 10 years of historical data. As a time-series and seasonality-based model, the more it understands the stock's patterns over time, the better it can predict future prices.

• A price below certain moving averages typically suggests a bearish trend, while a price above suggests bullishness.
• A price above the upper Bollinger Band often indicates a bearish outlook.
• A price above the middle Bollinger Band with a stochastic reading over 60 is generally bullish.
• If RSI is near or above 60, stock and MACD signal is more than MACD, then it is bullish and vice versa
• If price near BB Middle and momentum is positive and moving average chart indicate latest close price near 5MA or above then it is bullish
• The moving average chart is powerful visulaization to indicate the short term price movement is either bullish or bearish

OPT 3.0 AI model scans the market to bring top 10 bullish and bearish ideas for the day. Also this page gets updated on daily after market close around 10PM EST.
